Happy Birthday George Washington! Today in Digital 1 you now need to take your original unlimited budget and using InDesign make a 20″x20″ document that you layout all of your items in. You will then be exporting the layout as a jpeg and turning it into Edmodo. By the end of the week you should have 4 layouts. One for the unlimited budget, one for $5000, $10,000, and $20,000. Make sure to turn in the jpeg or get a non-fixable ZERO! Digital 2 and 3 we will review questions from yesterday and continue with the Certiprep again. Multimedia 2 you should get through the Dreamweaver Certiprep twice today. Tell me your scores as you get them.

Welcome after a nice 3 day weekend! I hope you are feeling ready to get back to work! Today in Digital 1, this is the last time your budget will be revised – you have to meet $20,000! I will give you a $50 buffer though! Digital 2 and 3 we will continue with our Photoshop work. Multimedia 2 class discussion on Dreamweaver.

Happy Friday! Today in Digital 1 your budget has been increased! Now you have $10,000!!! Same rules as yesterday, you must come within $5 of the limit without going over! Digital 2 & 3 we will continue reviewing the quiz and then golden triangle, and then more! Multimedia 2 your websites are due today!!!

Happy Thursday! Today in Digital 1 you will have to revise your budget – you only have $5,000 to spend. You must come within $5 of the $5000 without going over for full credit! Turn into Edmodo by the end of the day. Digital 2 and 3 we will continue our Photoshop Review – hopefully with a projector! Multimedia 2 you should have your 5 pages with one CSS done for me to check today – remember the site is due TOMORROW.

EDIT: DD2 and 3 so far no projector so today we will start off with you taking the quiz in Photoshop (you have 15 minutes to complete the 10 questions), then we will move onto the image formats and go over the link I gave you, then see how much time we have from there and possibly start going over the quiz questions.

Good Day! As I said last week I am not here today! SO make sure to behave and do your work so we can stay focused! In Digital 1 you are to create a card layout in InDesign for a Holiday/Event of their choice. It mus be 5.5Wx8H 4 pages. It must be Exported as a JPEG and turned into Edmodo on Monday if they want credit. Late work will NOT be accepted. Digital 2 & 3 you should be taking and practicing for your Photoshop exam with Certiprep. When you are done with a practice you need to save and record your score. If you think you are done and have nothing else to day, make a card like Digital 1. Multimedia Foundations 2 you should be working on your 7 page website with 2 CSS pages.

It’s the middle of the week! Today in Digital 1 you are going to read the linked article and then tell me a summary of what the most common mistakes are and how you may have already made them when planning your home office – I should get a minimum of 3, 8 sentence paragraphs explaining this, turn into edmodo. Digital 2 and 3 we will be reviewing some of the Photoshop area’s that you are not doing well on in the learning modules. Multimedia 2 you should be working on your website, I will be grading for 5 HTML pages and 1 CSS page tomorrow.

Happy Valentines Day! Today in Digital 1 you will be working on making a list of all of the things you would want in your office as if you were be a graphic designer. Make sure to think of everything, from the carpet, to the lights, to the printers, software, and computers! Turn into Edmodo – look up pricing to go with it! Digital 2 and 3 you need to do Certiprep again today and turn in your 3 days worth of scores to Edmodo (Tuesday, yesterday and today!). Multimedia 2 continue on your websites, I will be checking that you have at least 3 of the HTML pages done TODAY!

Happy Friday! In Digital Design 1 you need to make sure to turn in your Newsletter to the inbox. Digital 2, 3, & Multi 2 should be finishing the Logo for Zebra 2020 Global and turning it into Edmodo and my flash drive for full credit – you can only get half if you only turn it into one place!!!

Just to let you know I will be out Monday for a very import test/Dr. Appointment – all routine – just takes several hours. I will see you on Tuesday – make sure you do the work that is assigned on Monday because you will NOT be allowed to turn it in late!!!

Happy middle of the week! Today in Digital 1 you will continue working on your brochures, they are due printed by the end of the day. Newsletter Rubric is up in Edmodo for the next assignment, you will want to start on it as soon as you are done with the Brochure. Digital 2 and 3 we have a contest! The file you need is in Edmodo. Very FIRST thing we need to do is identify the font, then we can use that to make the logo! Multimedia 2 – please participate in the contest as well taking a break from your new website! Make sure you got me your topic first – it is a zero in your grade without it.
